Just starting to use vapi, had a basic question - what is the equivalent to vapi.send() on the client SDK for when i have an active phone call? (if it is vapi.send() am I able to add the call ID to it? ) From my client how do I send a message to my active phone call (inbound phone call) - phone call init function + assistant config from vercel server. Trying to send messages to that assistant based on client interactions
