1 of 3 Functions not Triggering Webhook

All my functions work except for my 'sendMessage' function. The assistant gathers all the required info for the function and says it is sending the message, but it will not trigger the webhook. I checked both of the calls, and looks like the
sendMessage
description required to be updated with usage, purpose, expected input parameters and output in around 160 characters.
please update it.
