Can't upload Knowledge base

Hi, if you could please check why we can't upload any files in our knowledge base anymore? The error says the file is required while we already have selected the file https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1263449894031724645/1263449894841094184/Screenshot_2024-07-18_at_6.56.44_PM.png?ex=669a46e8&is=6698f568&hm=58ea7e780d035b5dcd979049448843f7c116c46b00a10d8501da6e962e6461b4&

@CF Team I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with uploading files to your knowledge base. To assist you better, could you please provide me with the file format you're trying to upload and confirm if the file size is within the allowed limits? Additionally, please ensure that the file is not corrupted and that you have the necessary permissions to upload files to the knowledge base. If everything seems in order on your end, there might be a temporary issue with the service, and I would recommend trying again after a short while. If the problem persists, please ask support for more info on this.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@CF Team It sounds like you've taken the right steps to troubleshoot the issue by attempting to reupload a previously successful file. Since you're still encountering the same error, it could be an issue with the knowledge base system itself rather than the file. Here's what we can do next: 1. Please ensure that the file name does not contain any special characters that might not be supported. 2. Check if there have been any recent updates to the knowledge base system that might affect file uploads. 3. Confirm that there are no ongoing system maintenance or outages that could be causing the upload feature to malfunction. If after checking these points the issue remains unresolved, it may be necessary to escalate this to the technical support team for further investigation. Would you like me to assist you with that?

same thing happens to me, i am using a txt file that is 6kb in size
there is also a problem when logging into a different account. it keeps logging in to the recent account instead of the new account credentials i was trying to log into.
i faced this issue because i was testing the problem when uploading a file in the knowledge base, and the same thing happens for all my browsers, and for all vapi accounts
@Vapi please resolve this asap thank you

@Kenzo Stevens I understand the urgency of the situation. It seems there are two separate issues at hand: the file upload problem in the knowledge base and an account login issue across multiple browsers and VAPI accounts. For the file upload issue, since it's occurring with different file types and sizes that were previously successful, it's likely a system-wide problem that needs to be addressed by the technical team. Regarding the login issue, it sounds like there might be a problem with account session management or a caching issue across browsers. To resolve these issues promptly, I will escalate them to our technical support team. They will need to investigate the problems with the knowledge base uploads and the account login system. Please hold on while I take the necessary steps. I will initiate a support ticket for these issues and ensure that they are looked into as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

@Vapi please submit this issue about login and file upload issue to your real human support team as soon as possible
