Loud white noise at the end of the call

Hi Support, There is a fairly loud white noise at the end of this call. Call ID: 3109c15d-3320-459b-9317-d982db338fae Can you tell me what could be the reason for this and how we can avoid this in future? Thanks
v
@sudoer Hello! The presence of white noise at the end of a call can be due to several factors, such as network issues, microphone or speaker interference, or a problem with the call setup itself. To avoid this in the future, you can check the following: 1. Ensure that the network connection is stable and strong enough for voice transmission. 2. Verify that the microphone and speakers used during the call are functioning correctly and are free from any interference. 3. If you're using the VAPI, you can adjust the
backgroundSound
setting to ensure it's set appropriately for the call environment. The default is 'office' for phone calls and 'off' for web calls. If you'd like, I can check the settings for the specific Call ID you provided to see if there's anything configured that might have contributed to the white noise. Would you like me to do that?
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

Yes @Shubham Bajaj We are using deepgram. I can see LLM response from call log. TTS to creating the loud white noise. After this we have tried nearly 300 phone calls and none of the call get loud white noise. Thank you
