I have tried to create an account and it just doesn't work. I've tried Google, Discord, email/pw. I've used different browsers. No luck. Is there a system error or could this be on my end? #signin

When I use google or github, I get no error. it just refreshes the page with no activity. When I use email and pw it says "Sign up failed: Database error saving new user"
