Twilio Recordings missing

I have enabled recordings and diasbled HIPAA and still there are no recordings registered in twilio under "call recordings". The recordings are visible in VAPI, but would wish to have them in twilio as well. Any help ?

can you please share the call ids, and also make sure hipaa is disabled on assistant and org level.

11162df1-f018-4a52-bffb-65296c048a9e HIPAA is disable and recording is enabled. No recordings are coming into twilio, only register calls in twilio.
