Cant find a call log for 2 calls that were successful sale sales in Vapi call logs. ANy way to turn twilio call recording also?

all other calls are recorded just fine

I see twilio log for the call, just not recording. But recoridn for lots of others. Very wierd.

I dont have a vapi call ID as Vapi shows no log for the call. but I see it in twilio. Avtually for many calls I haveno no recording of but shows long calls in tiwlio logs.
Im using this for a client and evn they are having a hard time finding call logs in vapi made using API.
Are we sending too fast?

no @Eddie that's not possible if calls are made there will be call ids.

I agree. But were having issue finding logs for some calls, which were succesful inbound transfers to our sales agents. Client has the same issue on some calls: info@rsquared.marketing

That callid call is only 2 seconds. The twilio log says a 2 min call
This is not the same call/number.
