Hey guys, i'm try to verify DOB when it's get fail endCall function executes but bot is not saying ending message. here is my prompt, ask dob from user , verify it with patient dob. if provided dob is incorrect let user know that it doesn't match and ask for it again. if wrong again give one more chance. 3 chance total to get it right. After 3 incorrect answers make sure you Say "I will end the call now, you can call back with correct information when they have it ready", execute endCall function.
