Here's the background: the CEO Samin oversold his solution to me in March, and led me to believe that it met my expectations. So I paid and asked for AI agents who speak French (I'm in France) but after a few months of working with them, the results were very poor. The agents speak French badly and there are quite a few bugs. Despite my feedback and my benevolence, there has been no positive evolution. On top of that, he asked me to keep paying. Be careful, Samin sells dreams through his content. In reality, he's not competent, and is simply trying to finance his lifestyle (honeymoon, Dubai etc...). In 3 months, he's gone away several times without giving any news. Worse still, he changed his conditions after signing a contract drawn up by them. In short, it's an undignified way of doing business. Don't waste your money because Samin doesn't refund.
