Well you need to pick a niche. (Also a niche is "a problem you solve for an industry" not the industry itself. I would reach out to small business owners. I would not do agencies first is you are new - they (we) are going to grill your ass. Meaning we expect experience. (Unless you go for the non-technical ones).
