In the real world when you provide solutions your clients don't usually trip and are understanding. Not saying it can't ever happen. But for a fact businesses are not blaming their technology providers for things that are out of their control. Its like saying when Facebook go down people who runs ads get mad at the agency. Makes no sense, they don't control facebook. All we can do is be mad together.
