I am actually making a part 2 to this today. I have been working on the API the last 3 months. You are on the right track. The creation of Assistants with a GPT/Assistant is the way to go. It can troubleshoot, you have information already there and etc. If I time to recreate on the assistant side I will send you the info. I just have been working on a way for everyone to just log into one. Mainting all the API's can be a handleful.
