Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with VAPI AI and could use some help. My agent is triggering a function and sending a message on WhatsApp before the lead has requested it. I need this function to be activated only when the lead explicitly asks for it. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to adjust the logic or conditions to make this work correctly? Thanks in advance for your help!
