@Sosa187 Hello! I'm glad to assist you with porting your numbers. You'll be pleased to know that you can import an existing phone number you already own from other providers like Twilio or Vonage to VAPI. The process is generally straightforward, and while some providers may have a fee for porting out, VAPI does not charge for porting a number in. To get started with the porting process, could you please provide me with the name of your current provider? If it's Twilio or Vonage, I can guide you through the steps right away. If it's a different provider, I'll need to know which one so I can give you the most accurate information.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Sosa187 I'm here to help you with the porting process from Ringba and Telnyx to VAPI. To port your numbers, you'll need to follow these general steps: 1. Ensure your numbers are eligible for porting: Most numbers can be ported, but there are exceptions based on the provider and the type of number. 2. Gather required information: This typically includes your account number with your current provider, the authorized user's name, and the service address associated with the numbers. 3. Unlock your numbers: Make sure your numbers are not locked or have any port-out restrictions with your current provider. 4. Submit a porting request to VAPI: You'll need to provide the information from step 2 and any additional required documentation, such as a recent bill from your current provider. For Ringba and Telnyx, you'll need to contact their support to get the necessary account details and ensure there are no restrictions on your numbers. Once you have all the required information, you can reach out to VAPI's support team to initiate the porting process. If you need any specific instructions or have any questions about the process, please let me know, and I'll be happy to assist you further. If you're ready to proceed with the porting request or need help with any other step, just let me know!

Unfortunately, we don't provide any facility related to porting numbers to another provider. You can buy your own number from Vonage or Twilio and import it.
