Hi all, it looks that we're currently limited to only being able to delete Assistants via the API without an option to pause. Is there any option to pause them, so they cannot be used, and then reactivate them with the api when needed? If this is not possible, is there a workaround? Many thanks for help!

@zamzam
Hello! Currently, there is no direct feature to pause Assistants via the API. However, a common workaround is to update the Assistant's configuration to restrict access or to disable its endpoints temporarily. This way, the Assistant won't be able to receive or process requests until you re-enable it.
If you need more detailed guidance on how to implement this workaround or if there's been an update to the API that allows for pausing Assistants, please ask support for more info on this. They will be able to provide you with the latest information and assistance.

@User i would like to know how to disable the assistant endpoints temporarily. An alternative option would be to set a Monthly Usage Limit per assistant. Is that possible?

as of now there is no workaround instead store the assistant config in your local system.
