Hi, I am using an Azure voice (en-US-avaNeural) and am experiencing a weird bug where the call occassionally devolves from a normal conversation into straight static. Example call id: a4e4fb09-6593-409f-96f5-a635ef35fe6c. Some details: - I have used other Azure voices and 11l voices successfully in production on Vapi (same account) and only experienced this issue with this particular Azure voice. - I am confident this is not an issue with the voice itself as I've used it with live traffic in production for several tens of thousands of calls. (For context, those calls were on a self-hosted vocode application and I'm trying to migrate that customer's traffic to Vapi with the same voice) - This happens in roughly one of five calls while using the en-US-avaNeural voice on Vapi Any guidance on how to resolve this would be much appreciated! Lmk if I can provide any additional details that would be useful 🙂

@jessj Are you just experiencing the issue with en-US-avaNeural? Or is it other voices as well?

I have had this issue with Azure voice and I had to switch away from it because of this issue. Can VAPI check to see if this is a known issue and fix it?

@Vahid Do you remember which Azure voice had this issue? Any chance you have a call id where you experienced this issue? Might help them with the debugging to have multiple examples
