pipeline-error-anthropic-llm-failed has started happening to my calls today. a relevant call id cb544fc7-7622-41e0-ba0d-97ac26feef25. 

All errors started happening within the last hour. I had not encountered any such errors prior to this. I have 8 such call ids with these errors.

I fixed mine by removing my credentials, re adding them, and changing model provider from openai to azure-openai
