Great point on the dynamic value. The value is starting from a knowledge base of outstanding amounts due. That is fairly stable, it's gets error-prone when dynamic values such as the amount caller is paying and remaining balance get introduced. For now it's a static Vapi demo, excellent in every other capacity. I didnt put commas, that actually could work. It's run like a champ on 3 digits or less since I added some rules. On a production version I'll absolutely have a Tool call to make sure the numbers are accurate. Great suggestion! Thanks John!
