1. It does work - it's just not as simple. (I have helped over 20 people with it and usually it is user error. 2. It's much simpler to just use a webhook - you miss out on nothing. 3. Most videos are not even using the VAPI module and people are still stuck (usually user error) 4. Something not working and user error are two totally different things (if you are having a problem with the module post it here to get clarity)
