Its working smooth in my assistant, not saying like: "getting date and time" or anything like that. Prompt the dateandtime property with : "This property will contain current date and time use this as a reference to place orders for out customers" or something like that. Then in the tool description write "This tool will be trigerred in the start of conversation to get date and time"
