I'm trying to test an assistant i'm building for a client but each time I press "Talk with Assistant" it shows error "Over Concurrency Limit" message. This is a non-live account, meaning currently i'm not receiving nor triggering calls on this account Assistant ID: 131beccb-6e40-4882-8368-23131a38a824

@Vramir It sounds like you're encountering a concurrency issue, which typically means that there are too many simultaneous sessions or requests for your current account settings. Even though your account is non-live and not handling active calls, this error can occur if there are multiple attempts to access the assistant at the same time beyond the limit set for your account. To resolve this, you can check the following: 1. Ensure that there are no unintended processes or users trying to access the assistant concurrently. 2. Review your account's concurrency limits to see if they align with your testing procedures. 3. If necessary, consider requesting an increase in the concurrency limit for your account to accommodate your testing needs. If you've already checked these points and the issue persists, it might be best to reach out to support for further assistance. They can provide more detailed information on your account's limits and help troubleshoot the problem. Would you like me to guide you on how to contact support or is there anything else I can assist you with?

The call logs don't show any calls. And I see 11 calls with end-reason being unknown with no dates
