Example 1: Bot: Hi is this John? John: Yes, who is this? Bot: Hey John this is Nash AI calling from Nash Auto you inquired about a 2025 BMW X5 from us so I just want to see when you'd be able to come on in and take a look at it. Example 2: Bot: Hi is this James? John: Yes, who is this? Bot: Hey James this is Nash AI calling from Nash Auto you inquired about a Toyota vitz from us so I just want to see when you'd be able to come on in and take a look at it. Is it possible to handle such a situation dynamically?
