I have notticed for the last few weeks inconsistent strudtured data coming through on the end of call report. i have noticed that it seems to work ok if the caller ends the call but the trouble is when the assistant ends the call. I have tried creating a new assistant, I have also tried removing the end of data report, the phblishing it, then re-adding the end of call report and then re-publishing and it sometimes works but only temporarily. Im doing this 100% via the dashboard. here's an example call id: 2fbc0648-78d5-422a-8fee-c25827df5ebd

@l8dyaj I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing inconsistencies with the end-of-call report data. It's great that you've tried troubleshooting the issue by creating a new assistant and adjusting the end-of-call report settings. However, since the problem persists, it might be related to a more complex issue that requires a detailed investigation. To assist you better, could you please provide more specific details about the inconsistencies you're noticing? For example, what kind of structured data is missing or incorrect when the assistant ends the call? Any additional information you can provide will help us understand the issue more clearly and find a resolution. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already, I would recommend checking the configuration of your assistant's end-of-call logic to ensure it's set up correctly to generate consistent reports regardless of who ends the call. If the issue continues, it might be necessary to escalate this to our technical support team for a deeper analysis.
