Wonky monthly Usage limit

My assistants are consistently cut off before reaching your usage limit. For example, if I have put my monthly usage limit at 40$, the system will stop taking calls when it reaches 30$ monthly usage. It consistently does this and the amount it stops at and the cap I indicate never match. #1245660177953194066
