Does anyone know how to tranfer a call to a phone number with an extension attached to it? Since we use phone numbers bought directly in Vapi, when they dial the 3 digit extensions, it leads to a dead end. Dials into the void. It needs to dial to the proper department. Each department does not have their own phone number it is all attached to one number with multiple different extension lines.
