Idea/Question: We want VAPI to call our leads and then transfer it to a sales rep, but as its currently setup it connects them without providing any kind of info about the lead or the interaction making for an awkward connection. How have you all solved this? My idea for the flow would be as follows: Warm Transfer Flow: 1. AI Agent calls lead, and gets confirmation that the lead is available to talk with sales person 2. AI Agent 2 calls sales rep, provides summary of the interaction and lead to rep, and agent accepts call verbally. 3. AI Agent 2 connects call to Lead who is currently on hold with AI Agent 1.
