Hey guys. I have this issue when the assistant, when prompted to repeat the user's name, number or email, by spelling them out, they spell it out super fast sometimes. This is even after it is prompted to do it slowly. Here's the prompt: Prompt Section: - Then start asking the caller for their first name. Repeat the name back for accuracy. Then spell out the first name letter by letter SLOWLY. For example, if their name is John, confirm by saying "Let me see if I got your name correctly, that's John, spelt j o h n. Is that correct?" Even though I say SLOWLY it still will half the time race through spelling the name. What's the fix for this?
