Hi I am trying to do something specific with Squads. I have a squad which answers call. Depending on the answers , we need to ping our server url ( tool call checks if our call centers ready to accept call or not. ) And depending on server response , assistant should do either one of the two actions below : 1. If call center available response received from our server as tool response : forward call to a forwarding number Or 2. If call centers are not available , send call to a different assistant that is connected in the squad. We tried adding transfer numbers via api played with prompts etc .. couldnt get it working properly its a hit and miss most times assistant transfer call to another assistant without taking into account what our server response was. ie : even if our server responds saying Call centers are available to accept calls , please transfer to transfer number... it still forwards to a different assistant in squad instead of forwarding call to the forwarding number. If anyone can help us solve this , please DM. Willing to compensate for your time. ps. We use XANO for responding to vapi tool calls.
