Sometimes the assistant will ask the caller a question and once the caller answers, the assistant will repeat that word for word. Example: Assistant - What seem to be the problem? Caller - Uhm, I have an issue with my car. Assistant - Uhm, I have an issue with my car. This happens only sometimes. Why does this happen?

either it's happening because of prompting or your in closed room where voice is echoing back.

[1] set the similarity boost to 0.75 to reduce the chances where it repeats the user info once in both calls. [2] set the temperature to 0.3 by this the one of chances of confirm user response will be reduced.
also use the forward call as w/o brackets around the number: Forward the Call] Say: "Thanks for your patience, and you will be transferred now," and use the 'transferCall' function with +17869338346.

this happened because the user input went to your KB and KB thrown the same out. you have to make change in prompt to handle this case, and attaching logs for your reference.
