Vapi not saving changes correctly

Is anyone having issues with Vapi not saving changes correctly or not saving changes at all? Sometimes it takes 2 o 3 attempts to save something, sometimes it just rolls back to a previos configuration. Example, scenario 1: I make a change in assistant prompt, click publish, wait until publised message, move to another part of menu (phone numbers for example), then click again on assistants and it is in a state previous to last changes. Scenario 2: I remove a tool that was delete from a assistant because when calli it was answering the tool no longer exists, save changes, call again and it works perfectly, then a second call in get back the same error message and the deleted tool is again attached to the assistant. It makes working on tune up or just testing soo frustrating!.

@AJulian I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with saving changes in Vapi. It sounds like there might be a problem with the platform's synchronization or caching mechanisms. To help you resolve this, I would recommend the following steps: 1. **Clear Cache**: Sometimes, your browser's cache can cause issues with web applications. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue. 2. **Use Incognito Mode**: Open an incognito or private browsing window and try making the changes again. This can help bypass cache and cookie issues. 3. **Check for Updates**: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Vapi platform. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer releases. 4. **Network Stability**: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A fluctuating connection can sometimes cause issues with changes being saved. 5. **Documentation**: Review the [Persistent Assistants - Vapi](https://docs.vapi.ai/assistants/persistent-assistants) documentation to ensure that you're following the correct procedures for saving changes. 6. **Support Team**: If the issue persists, it would be best to reach out to our support team for further assistance. They can look into the matter more deeply and provide a solution. Would you like me to send an email to our support team on your behalf to report this issue?
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

you might find this useful for local version control: https://github.com/askjohngeorge/vapi-vct I also had this issue and now just don't bother using the Vapi webapp to manage my assistants at all. I write them locally and save versions to Git as I go.

hey it's a UI bug, your assistant config is saved we are working on it. Do a hard refresh post publishing your assistant it will appear.

Thanks for the reply. I still have the impression it is not only a UI bug but i may be wrong, I've saved some changes and next day when i open the site again (like going to vapi.ai again, no just going to any open tab) it just did not save the changes, It may be due to the UI bug i did not saved the changes or did something wrong or is actually failling to work fine sometimes.
Thanks @John George Im definitively gonna take a look at it.
