If unavailable, it finds the earliest open slots within the next two weeks. 📅 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲: Considers business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm) and excludes weekends. 🕘⏳ 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲-𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: Takes the time of the call into account. Calls before 3:30 pm will check for today's availability, while calls after 3:30 pm start from tomorrow. 📞⏲️ 𝗕𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 & 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Considers a 10-minute buffer between appointments and a 40-minute appointment duration, so it avoids overlapping with busy slots.
