Call logs -> Call details. Leave this open. Chrome Task Manager showing it using max cpu usage. I had this open in the background and noticed my macbook getting hot and very sluggish. Task manager showed this tab using 140-300% cpu. Was able to reproduce it in a new tab. Updated and restarted Chrome, same results. it is most likely with your device only, check your background services again.
