when I was browsing elevenlabs directly a couple of months back I remember there being a warning with certain voices cloned from people that those people reserved the right to withdraw their voices at any time, and also specified they couldn't be used for certain use cases. Have you tried to find a voice that is completely synthetic and seeing if you get the same error?
