Getting charged for no answer calls

Hello, when the customer does not answer, I can still see a charge 100% of the time with a cost of 3 cents. @drewg233 for these type of calls, you have to post this cost and cannot reduce or bring down because Vapi has to make the calls and it do involves some cost.
