Hi VAPI Community, I’m hoping someone can help me out with an issue I’m encountering with my squad setup. I’ve created a squad with two assistants (one for English and one for Russian) and have also purchased a US number. When I test the squad internally within VAPI, everything works smoothly—the English Assistant correctly transfers calls to the Russian Assistant. However, when I test it with an inbound call from an external phone number, the call isn’t being routed to the squad as expected. Instead, it seems to connect directly to the English Assistant without transferring to the Russian Assistant. I’ve used the Get Squad API and followed the setup instructions, but something seems to be off when handling external calls. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Alex ❤️
