also what causes the breaks in conversation from the agent? examples here: (Break in speech) 0:12 2:50 3:38 6:25 8:06
Also the quality of the speech changes from really high, to really low quality sometimes examples are: 1:25

it's mostly beacuase of punctutation while voicing out.

this means the breaks were because of punctation which marks the end of sentences in b/w.
try out this config and tweak as you required and let me know how it goes.
