Hello, I’m currently looking for a platform that I can use to start my Conversational Ai Agent Agency. Main Focus.: Is to either Replace or Assist A Sale Team. Inbound & Outbound.: - Customer Service - Sale Agent - Appointment Setter Capabilities.: I would like the Ai Agent to be able to Transfer call to different departments. - Be able to help customers with company & products questions. - Be able to book appointments while on the phone with the client but also be able to send apt confirmation via Email & SMS - For the call Script, I will be fine with a Text / Script Summary for each call the Audio Recording is fine too. - Each Ai Agent Calls have to show inside of the GHL Conversation page so that way the company I’m setup the system for never have to leave GHL to see the Call Conversations. Please let me know if Vapi is capable to do all that.
