When the user asks something that the assistant cannot answer, the assistant will transfer the call to a real employee. This is how I created a path in Voiceflow. But when I say “Can I talk with a real person?” in the conversation with VAPI, the assistant says “Goodbye” and the call ends. Then an error warning appears at the bottom right. When I look at the input of the call, it shows the path it should follow. But the assistant does not say this in the call. What is the problem? your model is calling end call tool instead of transfer tool, make the change it will work.
