for example, vapi inside my pizza website. customer ordered. 2 food items, actually he want 5. before going to order 3rd product assistant stoped. then he restart the assistant , but it comes with new instance. which do not know the previous 2 item that the customer ordered. this is my scenario. so for this isssue . the only solution is, teaching the new assistant . that is, customer ordered 2 items previously, so ask for 3rd item.
