No.... If you buy your number through VAPI you can't configure anything. We also don't know about their account with Twillio. Meaning A2P for numbers and etc - which to be fair they should not be doing for a company anyway. Go buy your number from Twillio or Vongae to handle anything to do with callID and etc.
