https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/metrics/list-metrics? <-- seem to no longer have any information listed. Is there an alternative to this, or how do i check to see how my concurrency limits are going when testing volumes of calls from my multi tenant saas product? Thanks

@~Stu~ CoreAspect.Agency I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the List Metrics documentation page. It seems there might be an issue with the page loading correctly. To check your concurrency limits and monitor the volumes of calls for your multi-tenant SaaS product, you can use the List Metrics API endpoint, which provides the necessary metrics. You can make a GET request to the List Metrics endpoint to retrieve this information. If you need the specific URL or parameters for this request, please refer to our Swagger documentation at https://api.vapi.ai/api for the most accurate and up-to-date information. If you require further assistance or if the documentation does not resolve your issue, please ask support for more info on this.

Logs?
Also I dont think this checked concurrency limits.
Yea I just checked - it does not. Pull you could have pulled it in a way to see if anything did hit that limit.

sorry, not sure I understand - this does or doesn't let you know if you have current calls taking up the concurrency limit.

"Yea I just checked - it does not. You could have pulled it in a way to see if anything did hit that limit." Even though I said that - you still can't use this API. I was just curious if it did what you asked.

any idea on how best to monitor incoming call concurrency issue, e.g more calls than are allowed per account, as I suspect this will be an issue almost right away.
I am thinking web calls, phone calls all to an assistant or multiple on the account will kill the limits in about 5 mins.
im guessing its here: https://api.vapi.ai/metrics api - > callActive - https://api.vapi.ai/analytics

Once again I do not think there is anything to track how many calls are active/etc It can easily be solved by just dripping your calls and putting a buffer. Literally would never have a problem. Worried about limits maybe Enterprise might be an option?. Note that is per account.
You call enable call listen with a websocket and build something around that maybe.

cant really drip incoming calls, outgoing for sure I could work something out... incoming is a little harder as there is no way to tell how busy 250 individual saas clients (with multiple assistants) will be across the globe on a give day/time...
thanks for your input, ive contacted support
there will be a way

You could - just depends on the platform and server and/or Enterprise It just wont be by an api call atm - unless I missed it. call listening is the only thing I can think of. @User ?

10 concurrent calls per account for normal user, but you can purchase more as required.

@Shubham Bajaj thank for the info, I emailed support and got a message that I need to get the enterprise plan but with no other details.
does anyone know what the costings for this plan is, obviously when things are "enterprise" these are usually custom / tiered pricing based on volumes. Does anyone have the tier options or more details?

can you dm me your email i will share the rest details in DM.
