VAPI does support outbound calls to Taiwan. If you're receiving a message that the number is not valid, there could be a few reasons for this:
1. The phone number might not be formatted correctly. Ensure that you're using the international dialing format, which for Taiwan would be +886 followed by the rest of the phone number without the leading zero.
2. There could be restrictions on your Twilio account that prevent calls to international numbers. You might need to check your Twilio account settings to ensure that you have the necessary permissions and that Taiwan is not on your list of excluded countries for outbound calls.
3. The phone number you're trying to call may be on a carrier that is not supported by Twilio, or there may be other issues with the number itself.
If you've verified that the number is correctly formatted and there are no restrictions on your Twilio account, and you're still experiencing issues, please ask support for more info on this. They can help you troubleshoot the problem further.
