cbc5bf94-26b0-480e-ac67-b7650bf8524f I never hear anything on the phone at the pickup from the assistant and it never records my voice. It works fine on the web.

I am using gpt mini cluster and the phone is either the twilio or the one i bought from you. same experience on all the numbers. rings 2. it kinda 'picksup" aka stops ringing. i hear nothing. but when i look at logs it has the bot saying hello" but i never hear that. i've test google voice.

@Vapi can i contact support. because it maybe my account is older and in some migration somehting got broke. or some config i don't know.
