My AI assistant doesn’t seem to pick up when the customer replies with just one word. Is there a setting I can adjust to fix this issue? This is one example, but i have many: 4d896865-b3c9-48a1-a56a-9c57b37a2b7e @User

I believe this is the case. Earlier, I thought the call was just dropping for various reasons, but I have now tested and confirmed that the AI doesn’t pick up on single words.
