Hi! I have created a scenario on Make and set up the Webhook address into a tool I have created on Vapi but when I click on the "Select scenario" None of the scenarios I have on Make (5) appear. I have also provided the token api key from Make. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.

@Brui Hello! It sounds like you've done the right steps by setting up the Webhook address in your Vapi tool and providing the API key from Make. If your scenarios are not appearing, there might be a few things to check: 1. Ensure that the API key you provided has the correct permissions to access the scenarios. 2. Verify that there are no connectivity issues between Vapi and Make. 3. Confirm that the scenarios in Make are active and not archived or in draft mode. 4. Check if there are any filters applied that might be hiding your scenarios. If after checking these points your scenarios still do not appear, it might be a good idea to regenerate the API key in Make and update it in Vapi, just to ensure that there isn't an issue with the key itself. If the problem persists, please ask support for more info on this, as they might need to look into the specific details of your setup to provide a resolution.

I have created a new API on Make and selected all Scopes. I have erased the previous API on Vapi and placed a new one. Exactly what's Team ID? In Make there is a tab TEAM - should I place the value?

@Brui It's great to hear that you've created a new API key with all scopes selected. Regarding the Team ID, this is typically a unique identifier for your team within the Make platform. If you see a Team tab in Make, it's likely that the value you need is located there. Yes, you should use the Team ID value from the Make platform and input it into the corresponding field in Vapi. This will help ensure that Vapi can correctly identify and interact with your team's resources on Make. If you're unsure about where exactly to find the Team ID or how to input it into Vapi, please refer to the documentation provided by Make or Vapi, as they should have instructions on locating and using your Team ID. If the documentation doesn't help, or if you encounter any further issues, please don't hesitate to ask for support for more detailed assistance.

I have followed all the instructions and still is not connecting. I also make sure that the scenarios are active. On tools integration is with Make and when I try to select scenario, it does not show. I have double check and placed the right server URL provided by Make Webhooks. @User
Hi, if support can help, I was suppose to show a demo today. Thanks @User
s
your either use wrong keys or incorrect ensure all make required keys are correct, and then you will get to see/use your scenarios.

I have placed the correct keys API and run a simple test with 1 webhook , all the setup is correct on Vapi. On make it does not communicate with Vapi. On Vapi does not show the scenario @User https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1285092741285675008/1285247929598214244/image.png?ex=66e993e9&is=66e84269&hm=5f3a2c3dde40d1ce556ec96df4079c12747413e9d19fa28c7740be63d8793717&

What is the error that Make is throwing?
r
Ok I just tested and it doesn't show anything on my end as well. Maybe a Vapi bug? I don't know. But I don't do it this way. I just put the correct webhook url and vapi connects to make without having the need to add my make credentials inside vapi

Thank you for checking Rish, I will try to follow a new tutorial to connect Vapi - Make and see if its working.
r
No worries.. I have never really connected make with vapi to run any automations tbh. Just make sure the webook url's are correct and make will catch the webhooks and run your automations
s
it should be working can you dm me we will connect over call.
