Hi I'm collaborating with @Akansha ☘ on this project. We are developing web agents and offering them as a service to our users, based on the number of minutes they utilize. The settings in the Advanced tab are designed to restrict the maximum duration of a single call with a particular agent. For example, let's say a given plan allows a user to talk to our agent for 20 minutes per day. With the current option in the Advanced tab, we can set the maximum duration to 20 minutes. However, the user can simply re-initiate the call and have another 20 minutes of conversation.
