I am experiencing an ongoing issue where the AI assistant is not able to hear during calls. This problem has been present for quite some time now. You previously mentioned that the issue was with Vonage. I have spoken with Vonage, and they informed me that there was a problem with the 'Fraud score' on my account, which has now been resolved according to them. However, the problem still persists. Here are some examples of affected calls from today: 5f0f9f71-a243-41f1-96e8-2141a12c02f6 3d266ea9-a87d-46d0-a955-4f262e92fd2a 02809f92-98c3-443c-9e22-7f17de093352 8dd26ceb-68c6-461f-9df0-6c8b7b9e11c2 Additionally, we are encountering instances where the call drops, or the customer cannot hear: Customer cannot hear: 3b3e2831-4952-491a-97de-2c815e4d7359 Customer cannot hear: 5921b5a1-bda1-4a33-b224-8ed485a5c9e4 There are also cases where the AI takes a long time to respond, and then the call drops: 380b745b-d799-47ab-83a4-f74f9e6a5378 b00fe2c3-b7bd-4b38-abd1-0499427ccf4f c9c266c7-74be-4aed-a770-50a4415c530f This is becoming a critical issue, and we need to find a resolution as soon as possible. They have informed me that they cannot identify any further problems on their end.

However, when it comes to the new problems we're facing, I believe the fault does not lie with Vonage. Here are the details of the problematic calls today: Call ID: 3b3e2831-4952-491a-97de-2c815e4d7359 The AI takes 5 seconds to respond and then cannot hear the customer. Call ID: 4d566a37-6f12-4b28-bdd6-a68d4cc9bb13 The AI cannot hear the customer and remains completely silent. Call ID: 853129c4-895f-43c0-813d-3c0da3bbd0c7 The AI cannot hear the customer and takes 7 seconds to respond. Call ID: b103e7e1-6483-477e-a831-915310434365 The AI cannot hear the customer at all. Call ID: 2391ba36-9037-4755-96a9-0ed3a7e4ef42 The AI cannot hear the customer and takes 8 seconds to respond.
