I am experiencing an ongoing issue where the AI assistant is not able to hear during calls. This problem has been present for quite some time now. You previously mentioned that the issue was with Vonage. I have spoken with Vonage, and they informed me that there was a problem with the 'Fraud score' on my account, which has now been resolved according to them. However, the problem still persists.

This is becoming a critical issue, and we need to find a resolution as soon as possible.
Could you please investigate and let us know if the issue is indeed with Vonage? If so, could you provide some documentation or details that I can share with Vonage? They have informed me that they cannot identify any further problems on their end.
