What's the best calendar to use when using appointment setters in vapi? On the check availability side, google calendar is quite slow when determine availability using free/busy periods, finding I have to then use an assistant to calculate free time slots within a specified range from the event outputs. I'm assuming there is a more streamlined approach to this?
