@rad kruss It sounds like you're encountering a JavaScript error, typically related to trying to perform an operation on an
undefined
or
null
value where an object is expected. This could be due to a bug in the assistant's interface or a problem with the data being passed to a function. To help you resolve this issue, I would need a bit more information about the context in which the error occurs. Could you please provide the steps you're taking when this error appears or any specific function you're trying to access? This will help me understand the problem better and provide you with a more accurate solution.

@Vapi I actually tried to add tool to estimate interest level. Soon after that I started have those problems. Basiclly I can't "publish' my assistant now and open Functions
v
@rad kruss It seems like the issue might be related to the recent changes you made, possibly with the integration of the new tool. There could be a configuration error or a compatibility issue with the tool you tried to add. Here's what you can do to troubleshoot the problem: 1. **Review the Changes**: Go back to the last known good configuration before you added the new tool. Check if everything works as expected without the new tool. 2. **Check for Errors**: If you have access to error logs or a console, look for any specific error messages that could give more insight into what's going wrong. 3. **Validate Configuration**: Ensure that the tool you're trying to add is compatible with your assistant and that you've followed the integration instructions correctly. 4. **Contact Support**: If the problem persists and you're unable to publish your assistant or access the Functions, it might be best to reach out to the support team for assistance. If you'd like, I can assist you in closing this support ticket if you feel the issue has been resolved or if you plan to contact the support team for further help. Would you like me to proceed with that?

I need help of the support
v
@rad kruss Please ask support for more info on this.
r
Yeah give me contact to support
v
@rad kruss I'm here to help guide you through the process, but I don't have the capability to provide direct contact information. However, you can typically find support contact options within the help or contact sections of your Voice API provider's website or user dashboard. Look for options such as a support email address, a contact form, or a helpdesk ticketing system. If there's a community forum or knowledge base, those could also be valuable resources for finding a solution to your issue. If you're still unable to find the contact information for support, please check any documentation or user manuals that came with your Voice API service, as these often include support details.
