I understand you are in a place where others are using HL, but if you feel like they are giving bad information you should check with the source. As a HL agency it's your jo to understand what you are investing in. When you make a HL you literally of the bat can use your own Twillio account. If you don't want to manage your own account you can us HL Twillio account which is LeadConnector If you use LeadConnector you cant do what you are trying to do.
